Because human emotions are part of every workplace, emotional intelligence is one of the most important soft skills in today’s workplaces. On December 23, 18 employees from Chip Resistor attended a personality course about Emotional Intelligence. The objective of the training is to create an awareness and understanding of one’s own emotions and recognize the same in others.
