Released a new product, Reverse 0204 inch 1.0㎌ 2.5V/ 4.0V for Samsung Electro-Mechanics automotive series
0204 inch (0.5×1.0mm) size, X7T (-55 to 125℃), capacitance of 1.0㎌ at rated 2.5V/ 4.0V
▷ We developed and started mass production of CLL5Z105MS21PN# and CLL5Z105MR41PN#,a reverse multilayer ceramic capacitor applicable for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)/ Autonomous Driving (AD) of automobiles (hereinafter referred to as “this product”). Samples are also available.
▷ This product has the advantage of reducing ESL by 50~70% compared to the existing 0402 inch(1.0×0.5mm) size, 1.0㎌.
▷ As the number of SoCs applied in vehicles expands due to the high functionality of automobiles, the need for low ESL products that can stabilize calculations in the high-frequency area is increasing.
▷ Samsung Electro-Mechanics developed two types of 1.0㎌ products by applying its own ceramic and electrode material atomization and ultra-precision lamination method: 0204 inch (0.5×1.0mm) size, rated 2.5V, 0.20mm (Thickness) and 0204 inch (0.5×1.0mm) size, rated 4.0V, 0.43mm (Thickness).
