Samsung Electro-Mechanics launches 150°C Guaranteed MLCC for Automotive SSD 0201 inch X8M 1.0㎌ 4V
▷ The demand for MLCCs per vehicle is increasing significantly due to the electrification and functional enhancement of vehicles. Miniaturization, high-temperature capability, and expanded capacitance for MLCCs are essential.
▷ Accordingly, Samsung Electro-Mechanics has applied their proprietary technology in ceramic and electrode material fine-particle manufacturing and ultra-precision stacking to develop the 0201 inch (0.6×0.3mm) X8M (-55 to 150°C), rated at 4V and 1㎌. The product is now in mass production. Samples are available upon request.
▷ The product, a compact high-capacitance multilayer ceramic capacitor, CL03M105MRR6PN#, is specialized for Automotive SSD (Solid State Drive) applications. By expanding the coverage from the 125°C lineup to 150°C, it meets the high reliability and high-efficiency processing demands of high-performance SSDs.
